Please provide model number, serial number, problem description, and contact information. After receiving you request, an RMA number will be provided to track your repair. Warranty Proceedure
If the product is under warranty a replacement part will be provided from the manufacturer. The serial number is required to determine warranty status. Based on this information and the terms of the warranty a determination will be made. A price quote estimated will be provided for those items out of warranty. To expedite the process, we will attempt to trouble shoot the problem. Often we can narrow the problem down to a single part. If the item is stock, we will ship it as quickly as possible. If a unit must be returned, please allow several days to process this request. Once the RMA is processed,  replacement parts are shipped UPS ground.  It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of returning the defective part to Ross Technologies. (See address below). The defective part must be returned to avoid any additional charges.
